Tale of InnoFellowship

Hey Fellow, seems like you are high on caffeine! 👋

Let's have a ride behind the brains of InnoFellowship

Buckle up, 'cause this story's got more twists than a pretzel factory! 🥨

The Fateful Pizza Night

Picture this: It's 2 AM, the year is 2024, and two friends - let's call them Alex and Zoe - are huddled around a table drowning in empty pizza boxes and energy drink cans. They're not filming the world's weirdest mukbang video; they're trying to solve a problem that's been bugging them for ages.

Alex mumbles through a mouthful of cold pizza, "why is it so freaking hard for brilliant ideas to become real things? Like, we all know people with amazing concepts, but they just... fizzle out."

Zoe, balancing a pen on her nose because why not, chimes in, "Yeah, it's like ideas go to die in the 'Someday' graveyard. Super depressing." Then while playing the famous most likely most unlikely scenario, she says, "What if we created a place where ideas don't go to die, but to THRIVE?"

The 'Aha!' Moment

Alex, who's been suspiciously quiet (probably because he's been trying to build a pizza box fort), suddenly sits up straight, knocking over his creation. "What if," he says, eyes wide, "we created a place where ideas don't go to die, but to THRIVE?"

Zoe, the one who's been doodling what looks like a unicorn riding a skateboard (don't ask), gasps. "Like a... a fellowship of innovation?" Then started to Brainstrom all the thoughts that came to her mind. "We need a place where ideas can be nurtured, where they can grow and thrive. We need a place where ideas can be shared, where they can be seen and heard. We need a place where ideas can be celebrated, where they can be loved and cherished".Did a lot of research on business accelerators, innovators and their innovations also their personalities.

Focussing on personalities, Six-week innovation cycle, and the idea of a fellowship, they started to brainstorm.

The "IRIS NOVA FUGO LYRA" Revelation

Fast forward a week, and our fearless two are knee-deep in sticky notes, marker fumes, and existential dread. They've got the big idea, sure, but how do they make it actually, you know, work?

It's Alex who cracks first. "This is impossible!" he wails, dramatically flopping onto a beanbag. "We need a system, a process, a... a magic spell or something!"

Written down all the traits that fits the fellowship, and the six-week innovation cycle also a good Fellow.

The Six-Week Scramble

With their shiny new "IRIS NOVA FUGO LYRA" philosophy in hand, our heroes realize they need a structured way to guide fellow innovators. After several coffee-fueled debates (and one minor bagel-related injury), they land on the Six-Week Innovation Cycle.

"It's like a sprint," Alex explains, "but longer. A marathon? A sprathon!"

"Please never say 'sprathon' again," Zoe groans. But the idea sticks. Six weeks, six steps to take an idea from wobbly lamb to majestic idea-unicorn.

They started to brainstorm the six-week innovation cycle, and the traits that fits the fellowship.

START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE BUT WHAT YOU DONT HAVE, keeping that in mind any idea or a feature in an optimal version of it can be implemented in six weeks.

The IF Toolkit

As we are ready to launch InnoFellowship into the world, we realized we needed to equip our future innovation warriors with the right tools. No, not hammers and screwdrivers (although those can be handy too). We're talking about mental tools, the secret weapons of true innovators!

  • Adaptability: Your Innovation Superpower

Be like a chameleon on a disco dance floor - ready to change at a moment's notice and look fabulous doing it!

  • Curiosity: Your Idea Fuel

Channel your inner cat, minus the whole 'curiosity killed the cat' thing. We prefer our innovators alive and purring with ideas!

  • Resilience: Your Bounce-Back Ability

Think of yourself as a human bouncy castle. The harder life pushes you down, the higher you bounce back up!

Resilience is the ability to bounce back from failure, setbacks, and challenges. The implementation stages are Brain Scramble, High on Caffeine, and the final stage is the Kick off which are basically brainstorming, development and the final stage is the launch.

The Kick off

After months of planning, testing, and more than a few moments of panic, InnoFellowship was ready for its debut. The team stood backstage at their launch event, a mixture of excitement and terror coursing through their veins.

"What if nobody shows up?" Alex whispered, peeking through the curtain.

"What if EVERYBODY shows up?" countered Zoe, equally terrified by both scenarios.

Your Turn to Ride the Wave

And that, dear future world-changer, is how InnoFellowship and the Six Week Innovation Journey came to be. Born from late-night pizza, nurtured by friendship, and powered by the belief that every idea deserves its shot at greatness.

Now it's your turn. You've got the map, you've got the toolkit, and you've got a world of possibilities ahead of you. Are you ready to ride the wave of innovation?
